We are a grassroots all volunteer Social/Conservative Party with our beliefs strongly held in the United States Constitution as originally intended by the Founding Fathers. Our immediate goals are to elect people to local office in races where their is a probability of winning, all the while building a party organization across the state which will enable us to elect statewide officers. We believe in a bottom up philosphy for building this party as experience has shown that the only way we can defeat the power and the money of the two major party's is one office at a time starting with local office.

Our State Party Platform

The America First Party of Florida supports:

• The U.S. Constitution as the highest authority under which our laws are subjected or created. No international laws created by any international bureaucracy such as the United Nations (UN), World Trade Organization (WTO), World Bank or International Monetary Fund (IMF) shall supersede the authority of the U.S. Constitution and compromise the sovereignty of the United States of America.
• An economic trade policy that puts American workers first.
• A trade policy not subjected to fast track, NAFTA, CAFTA, the FTAA or the WTO.
• A Buy American policy that creates and supports American jobs.
• Trade-balancing tariffs to erase our huge and mounting trade deficit.
• A self-sufficient energy policy.
• A strong border patrol and elimination of incentives for illegal immigration.
• Deportation of illegal immigrants
• Enforcement of fines and penalties for hiring illegal immigrants.
• A moratorium on legal immigration.
• English as our country's only official language.
• Prompt disclosure of all political donations, which should come from the voters, not from foreign nationals, corporations or governments
• Common-sense campaign reform that results in clean elections and third-party access to ballots.
• A return to manual paper ballots as the fairest way to verify accurate election results.
• A foreign policy that does not sacrifice other American interests to obtain its goals.
• A foreign policy that does not support pre-emptive strikes against other countries that have not attacked us.
• Country of Origin laws to label the origin of meat and produce sold in the U.S.
• An emphasis on manufacturing that serves as the engine of U.S. production and prosperity.
• Protection and defense of the traditional values of sanctity of life, family and faith.
• The definition of marriage being a union between one man and one woman.
• Ensuring equality before the law in protecting in protecting those rights granted by the Creator as stated in the Bill of Rights.
• Nonpartisan elected school boards that promote traditional education in reading, writing and arithmetic.
• Noninterference in private, parochial and home schools.
• Swift trial and punishment of criminals.
• Preserving individual rights in health matters vis a vis intrusive vaccines and treatments.
• Preservation and reformation of private, competitive health care.
• Florida's congressional delegation being on the same health care system and retirement plans as state employees.
